I feel silly

I feel silly for writing you a poem, my words don't even flow,
Especially when you make me hit my all-time low.

I feel silly for making you my priority, I was the last resort.
I always tried my hardest, but always came up short.

I feel silly for believing what we had would last,
I guess those dreams are now in the past.

I'd be even more silly for waiting, hoping for a change,
I'll find someone better that is more in range.
