I Hate Nights Like This

When the wind is whispering
And my heartbeat slows
My thoughts turn towards you
Now everyone needs to know

Nights like this, I feel the pain
I feel the bruises forming
While I'm stuck in this nightmare
That keeps you all from knowing

How badly he hurt my feelings
How badly he broke my heart
He pushed and watched me fall
Then watched as i fell apart

He dug my grave six feet
Into the ground he wants me
I hate nights like this
Can you not see?
