Your Worth

by Mezmeryz   Jul 24, 2009

Not every drop of water in all the vast oceans,
Or every drop of dew and all precipitations,
Not every grain of sand in every desert be,
Enough to convey how much you mean to me.

We may not talk everyday,
But you're always on my mind.
I always pray that you're ok,
That life will treat you kind.

Time will go on, and in the end
Only this will remain true --
When you're gone, the pieces of
My heart are missing you.

Not every bird in this world that is free,
Or every leaf on the branches of a tree,
Not any word in any language be,
Enough to convey how much you mean to me.

Well written and the flow is good, rhymes are not forced. You have conveyed how great a friendship really is, nothing in this world can take it's place. Good job.
