This is a story; A story of two About a boy who loved a girl His feelings she never knew To her, it seemed, he was just the boy who lived next door And yet to him, he knew, she was so much more He loved her since the first time they had met It was a day he would truly never forget It all started when they were nine His love for her slowly grew over time Yet, as the years passed she paid him no mind To his true feelings she remained fully blind She soon started to mess around with other guys And always buy into all their charming false lies So many times she would come home crying He would often see her through his window, he felt his heart slowly dying, As if his heart were being severely stabbed Bruised and torn and fully scabbed And as the years passed things didn't change, In fact, things started getting really strange, You see the girl started leaving her house during the night, Hopping into a strange car and riding out of sight And not returning until the morning light, Until one morning the boy received a knock on his door, It was the girl's parents, The looks on there faces he could not ignore, The father had a single tear roll from his eye, And the mother could not help but say, why my daughter, why? The father briefly explained what happened to their daughter and that car, The accident happened when their girl was coming home from a bar, The driver of the car was driving while impaired, His driving was sloppy, his vision blared, Then the car started to weave from side to side, The car went off the road and was smashed with a sudden collide... The car smashed into a tree!!! Our daughter barely survived, Yet the driver was not that lucky, Then suddenly, the boy shouted, how can this be? Where is your daughter? Where is she now? With a sigh the father stated She is lying in the hospital in critical care. The boy suddenly interrupted I have no time to waste! My love for her I must declare! The boy rushed to the hospital; tears filling his eyes I must tell her now before it's too late and she dies Up to the third floor and the ICU ward, Not even stopping to bring her a card, Through IV's abd tubes and oxygen mask, He laid his hand on hers "how are you?" he asked, Her answer was simply a weak feeble smile, He bowed his head down to pray for a while, Suddenly he looked up and with new resolve he said, "You know, you're still so beautiful even in this old bed", Then choking up he added "there's something i must tell you" He paused, looking past her mangled face into her eyes so blue., I just wanted to tell you, that each and every day I saw u cry, I wanted to catch your tears, I wanted to scoop you in my arms, And protect u from your fears, Because each tear that comes from your eyes, Is like a piece of my heart falls to the floor, My heart slowly dies, Babe you are my heart, You have been my heart right from the start, I just want you to know that I... Then suddenly she grasps his hand and tells him, I love you, Im sorry for not telling you sooner, But it is true I love you. Then her eyes grew heavy, her grip got weak, She tried harder to speak, Saying please dont forget me, Please dont cry, Then her eyes rolled back in her head, And that day she died, Then the boy felt his heart grow cold, In an outburst he cried, I didnt even get to tell her that I love her Im so sorry babe please forgive me please With that the boy feel to his knees, He felt his heart grow cold, To him life had no purpose now, It was getting really old, He couldnt take it anymore, she was dead, He couldnt leave her alone there laying in the hospital bed, For the first time and the last time he gave her his heart, Saying babe I love you im sorry I haven been there. Then he reached I'm his pocket and took out his knife, in that day by her side holding her hand, he ended his life, Kissing her for the last time He said im sorry And with his hand on hers, the boy also died So you have jus read the story, The story of two, About a girl who loved a boy, And a boy who loved a girl, His feelings she never knew...
