Bald, Yet Proud!

by Indian Comma Bean   Jul 31, 2009

The white-caped spirit,
Soaring oh-so-high, far too high
For his mere presence to grace thy eye.

Absent in the hemlocks
His plumes are seen glistening,
His calls so few one must be listening.

Mystical as it is,
Golden talons shriek; far below
He seeks the soul of one poor fellow.
