Good-Bye Unicorn

by neller   Aug 4, 2009

Unicorn, Unicorn,
I see you strong,
With your ivory horn,
Thick and long,

Rarely are you seen,
With your elegant moves,
Instinct keen,
And silent hooves,

There in the night,
When the moon is high,
Is everything right,
To hear your sigh,

Under the apple tree,
Is something odd,
A beautiful woman,
Pure from god,

Let her sing her song,
It is what you sought,
But it is not long,
Until you're caught,

You feel pain,
Completely torn,
And then you’re slain,
Good-bye Unicorn.
