Just A Doll

by Poetic Memories   Aug 4, 2009

Silence breaking fragile hearts,
nobody around to tear apart,
Darkness fills the darkest hour.
alone in a world just to cower.

Box closed, and tied up tight,
lost in a place, with no one to fight.
Dreaming of someone to be near,
broken up with much to fear.

Left to lay in cardboard all day,
empty, alone, and nothing to say.
A doll in a place where nobody knows,
shattered and broken with torn up clothes.

I sit here, all day and all night,
nobody around, nobody in sight.
I'm trapped in this box of gray,
with nothing to do and nothing to play.

Just a doll, with no one around,
trapped in a box, with not even a sound.
Forever to stay in this damned place.
Nobody to see, not even a face..
