As I was reading this poem I felt a reminder of where i've come from and how much i've ben through in my short life. I remember going through the same things that the words in this poem are talking about.

"I still feel the love
As I see it slip away"

That line right there brought back about a million memories of lost loves that I thought would work out, great work on this poem.

^I think you should place an "a" before "friend"..
and I don't know why you capitalized the word friend..I didn't really like that and don't think it's necessary.

Your rhyme didn't flow that well either, a little bit forced I see.
