Ms. Moonlight

by Nowhere Man   Aug 7, 2009

Ms. Moonlight over ramping mackerel sky,
You turn my head up to you so high
Although not as bright as king sun,
You grace my mind with showering puns.

Your circling shape is not perfect,
But from this boy here, you gain total respect.
Surrounded by stars brilliantly twinkling,
I find my heart joyfully singing.

I'd be terribly torn if the rain passed by
And stole you away from this harmonious night,
For I have never seen you this special.
Tonight, you're surely hailed by all celestials.

How lucky I am to witness your sweetest glow
And your honeyed charm that amuses the world below.
So bid me good night before I fall to sleep
To make my dream a pleasurable relaxing trip.
