The Continuing View on The death of My Father

by fanniesson   Aug 10, 2009

I'm sure he welcomed death when it came.
Knowing what was going on in his life
health wise at that time.

I'm sure he welcomed it open arms.
Might've even offered it a cup of coffee,
while requesting.
A little more time to finish up a poem
or something he was working on.
He was always working on something.

And I'm sure, negotiations never made it
past a calm request.

So what was left unfinished in his life.
I'm more then sure he realized in the end,
had to be.
