Face sank in the mud

by A M   Aug 10, 2009

No feeling can express the state of humiliation
A broken mirror which melts yourself reflection
As your name becomes glued with shame
You realize life is nothing but a dirty game
As those dear friends betray your trust
You absorb the shock changing slowly to rust
But when you reach that low level, Bud
Thats when you have your face sank in the mud

All that glory you once achieved becomes cheap
And without a pride, the soul heavily weeps
As your family dont believe spoken words
You accumulate inside a mountain of hurt
As love ones abandon your heart for another
You lay alone in the dark with tears and wonder
Where was the point you lost tract, Bud?
Because it feels as you had your face sank in the mud

Never thought you will be drown by your own people
Devil should be bad, but they all danced with the evil
As the security you once built loses its taste
You wish it was a dream that could be erased
All that happens suddenly and you can't stand the pain
Don't seek a decent living as embarrassment remains
So if the world doesnt make sense anymore, bud
Just know that you might have your face sank in the mud

..it's such a very nice start!..

i love this part of your poem:

As your name becomes glued with shame
You realize life is nothing but a dirty game
As those dear friends betray your trust
You absorb the shock changing slowly to rust

..this is so true about life..
..so true and soooo sad..: (
