I see that you moved on.
And happy you are at last.
But i'll be honest with you.
I didn't forget you that fast.

In fact, i never forgot our memories.
And you were always on my mind.
The only thing that appeared was you.
When i thought i left you behind.

Now that you are happy at last.
I am happy too.
And if you ever need someone.
I will be there for you.

I will be there to erase your tears.
And i will be there to hold your hand.
And whenever you fall on your knees.
I'll be there to help you stand.

We may not be lovers anymore.
But we will always be friends.
Perhaps it is time for us to forgive each other.
It is time to make amends.

Still, i never forgot our memories.
You were always on my mind.
The only thing that kept appearing was you.
When i thought i left you behind.

    Olwin is right, memories of that loved one always stays in our hearts. Sometimes, they might become a little dim but always are there, never left behind. Well done.
