I'm Alone

by Jacqueline   Aug 11, 2009

At home is where i am alone,
Where no one calls on my phone,
I grow old and alone,
Living in this place called my home.

I knock on the door,
To make sound as company,
To release myself from this tragedy,
For the fact that all there is left is me.

I couldn't help but wonder,
Whether life would be different in the gutter,
At least i would avoid myself from seeing their frowns,
And ill probably lose a few pounds.

I'm alone in this lush luxurious place called home,
Writting this sad poem,
As tears roll down my cheeks like rain,
Part of my life is being drained.

Though it's hard to endure this pain,
I'll walk alone in this thorny lane,
I'll triumph over this my way,
Even if i am alone the next day.

A sad poem.. You can make a change. It's just matter of deciding that you want to, right? :)
