He gripped his heart
with all of his might
never backing down
without a fight

she sat there crying
tear drops falling
staring out the window
his name she kept calling

there he stands at herside
screaming for her attention
as she sits pulling out her hair
it is her for she can cry

layed upon the floor awide
photos of him and her at sides
it wasn't his fault nor accident at all
for unforeseen fates cling to our souls

she layed the flowers upon his crest
standing alone he saw it all
with rain pouring down
the dirt begins to settle

among the words carved out of stone
she took on last glance
as tears begin to fall
he stepped out of darkness
and whispered his silence
for in the end we will meet again
