I lost you

You were there since birth holding on strong
But now it seems to be that you're gone
I cant tell if you are still here
The only thought is that faithful falling tear
You were apart of me
But I lost you and thats plain to see
It look a lot of force
But I still lost you with all the remorse
I dont know if Im sorry or not
But its the main subject of thought
I lost you and it caused temporary pain
I ached and felt as if my energy went down the drain
You were my shield for things Im not ready for
Something special and meaningful like a core
I lost you and I cant seem to recover
But a new type of love is what I felt to discover
I lost you and I cant find you
So I guess this is where I give it all up for good
cause there aint nothing else I can do
