Paris and juliet

by katie T Scott   Aug 13, 2009

And if she fell for paris
Through loves impatient aim
Or through fates fickle fingers
Either could take the blame
if she knew the ending of her story
would she turn and walk away?
Tell me now of course Romeo
Would live to see her wedding day.
But then tell me what could save him
From the breaking of a heart
So pumped with love and madness
So quickly torn apart
So sorrowful his chaos
So fearful would be his cry
That the swallowing of a poison
Seems the easier way to die.
For he lived to see another
Steal his happiness with regret
Never would be a story of more woe
Than that of romeo without his juliet.
