Reincarnation

by Beautiful Chaos   Aug 14, 2009

Watched you laughing
Consuming my frustration
Using it to fuel your joy
Inflate your ego

Love and anger meld
Punching holes in a false reality
Destroying the facade
Exposing our maggot filled hearts

We had been rotting for years
Maybe centuries
I thought I remembered those eyes
From another life

Maybe it has always been our destiny
To devour one another
The sicks minds of emotional cannibals
In a constant state of rebirth

Maybe one day we will be simple
I, the flower
You, the bee
Both happily fulfilling one another

I really must say. The title really grabbed me, It was incredible, how you just captured my mind for a second, a satisfactory write. I actually read the whole thing twice, and enjoyed every bit of It.

    "I, the flower
    You, the bee
    Both happily fulfilling one another"
