One More Day

by Jonathan Coker   Aug 14, 2009

If I had a thousand wishes
I wouldn't wish for precious jewels
Or my weight in gold for that would make
My heart cold instead I would ask for one more day with you.

If I was a wealthy man I'd give away my money
My palace and my crown because I wouldnn't be happy
With out one more day with you.

And even if I got my wish I still wouldn't be satisfied
Because it would make me want one more day with you.
