Oh, How Heartbreak Can Creep

by SilentSuicide   Aug 18, 2009

Who could of possibly guessed.
What can we even bare to say?
The words he once whisperd to me.
Are spoken to another girl today.

My heart falls frozen in defeat.
Slowly fading in black.
Burn it away, sweep the ashes.
leave no trace of what was once yours.

The pain inside swells deep.
Cutting every little ounce of hope i have.
To te skys i pray, to the heavens i scream.
Please let him come back to me.

The nights i sat there and cried over him.
I shall never bare to forget.
My mind pulses memories
of what i used to have.

I lay awake in despair.
Oh how heartbreak can creep.
I hope this new girl knows.
The truth around the words.
