A Study in Scarlet

A Study in Scarlet
Copyright Corinne Curcio August 16, 2009

She's got ruby cat eyes
And wild auburn hair
Her attitude is always
Devil may care

Maraschino cherry lips
And a cinnamon tongue
She'll burn you up alive
Make an old woman young

She's a Study in Scarlet
A Red Riding Hood
A curious combination
Of real bad and oh so good
A walking contradiction
A portrait in prose
Madame Bovary in Bondage
A most alluring pose

When she glides in the room
Heads turn adoringly
Like a crimson riptide
She'll pull you out to sea

She'll sip her Bloody Mary
Take you for a wild ride
In her Cherry Camaro
There's no point in trying to hide

She's a Study in Scarlet
Luscious Lady in Red
A curvaceous combination
Of demure and full speed ahead
A walking contradiction
A portrait in prose
Pollyanna with a riding crop
A most demanding pose

You'll blush like a schoolgirl
When she twirls you in a torrid tango
With a rose between her teeth
You'll gladly dance through the fire
She'll make you dizzy with desire
Then love you hot and sweet

Ha ha, I loved this. Red is my favorite color and I am also into bondage, so this one really hits home for me.

You wrote this down really well, it's definately written by a conaisseur:)

I am listening to your song now, btw, it's a catchy song, nice, really nice Corinne!

Bravo. Excellent. Your sizzling words had me almost singing along as I read and wanted to put a rose between my teeth and dance that tango. (smiles) I haven't read anything quite this good in eons. Thank you.
