Waiting on a Fish (short story silly)

She sits at home
And wonders
What he feels inside...

All day he sit atop a boat
Underneath a cloudless sky.

She hopes and wishes
And sends luck his way
He has a fish to catch,
And only a day.

She wonders awhile
Then is surprised
When he arrives home
With a box at his side.

She opens the lid
And peaks inside
"Not one fish, but TWO!"
He says beaming with pride.
