My first reaction after reading this masterpiece was to smile and thank God for letting me have my mother with me.
I also regretted realizing the fact that i dont hv any vote left for this week and i really want to nominate this one.

Awesome write, loved it all the way.

all the best and take care

    Olly,

Your mother would be so proud. You don't ponder quick-witted steps, though It appears to be the lingering ones. Which seems to prevail upon me.. practically the same, of my mother of course. So..

Being alone Is something you shouldn't worry about, because I am here with you whether you like It or not. Just telling you the truth lol~

    Found it, Olwin!

I am pleased I did, too. What a lovely tribute that I'm sure has been received with pride.

"I no longer have your hand in mine,
But you're in my heart for all of time"

    ^^^^^

Exactly. Loved ones leave us, it's true. But what never, ever leaves is the affect they had upon us while they were here and the memories that are always ours. Those can never be taken away.
A wonderful write and your love for your mother shines bright throughout.

Take care, Olwin and all the best,
    Ben
