Left unsaid

I can't hold this in,
I am splitting at the seams.
but everything I want to say,
comes out as silent screams.

I am trying to be strong,
I don't want to fall apart.
but only you are on my mind,
and it is tearing out my heart.

I can't speak my mind,
I am about to drown.
but when I want to say "I love you",
I can only write it down.
