Happiest Here!

by Kitty   Sep 4, 2009

Happiness still lyes,
In where I once was,
A long time ago,
Down in the woods,

Whistle of wind,
The howls of the owls,
Crazy dogs barking,
Where clouds always bowed,

Sour Apple Tree's,
And Bitter Lemons,
So little is few,
But there they still grew,

Rainbows and rain,
Mountains dew,
Frozen white hills,
That all fade away,

Hopes and dreams
To far to see,
I wonder how life is,
Just without me,

Will heaven bring hell,
And punish my blunders,
Or bring me such joy,
As do i wonder

You have many definitions of happiness.

I would've focused on one, but the way you spread out made it a very enjoyable poem. :)

    Keep writing!
