Empty bottle

Required to do what they say
to follow their misguided lead
when you feel like you have failed
liquid is what you feel you need
you say "this heart only beats for you"
but in your mind your saying
"my heart beats for the next drink"
cause you feel like your lacking to become
the perfect pageant queen
so you keep going till the
bottle is lifeless and empty
does this bottle remind you of something?
how lonely you feel
"cause you dint accept me for me"
i want to know whats really empty
the dried up bottle in your hand
or your reason to live life happily
cause no matter how the liquid has comforted you
when you wake up laying on your back
screaming "I'm done, I'm through, what have i done to you?"
its only you who can fix
what the bottle has taken from you
