This Morning...

It's a foggy morning,
There's a nip in the air.
There isn't a sound...
And there isn't a stir.

Just the little birds busy,
They make a happy sound.
I love this time of morning ,
When there's no one around.

I have time to meditate,
See things from a different view.
Watch the golden morning sun,
It's still a little sleepy too!

It's awakening to the beauty,
Of this another day.
God I thank you for this moment,
When my heart to you can pray.

And thankyou that you've given me,
All good things from your hand...
Coz there's nothing in this life,
That you haven't planned.

Like this day that is breaking,
Over sea and land...
It's a part of your design,
Your great masterplan.

So I'ill start my day believing,
My God in You...
Having walked with you this morning,
Down my avenue.

    Those solitary moments just between us and God. Times when we can pray to God, complain to God, ask God.. Such invaluable moments when you feel as if someone is listening to you..
