This Is Me (Part II)

by Countess of Monte Cristo   Sep 16, 2009

This is me.
Sometimes they call me mean.
But i like to keep it cool.
And i hate being a drama queen.

This is me.
I like to improve.
But those who try to pull me down.
Are quickly removed.

This is me.
I know what i want.
I like to be simple.
And i don't like to flaunt.

This is me.
I mind my own thing.
But if you step on my territory.
Then endure my stings.

This is me.
I call a spade a spade.
My tongue can be sweet.
But it can be a blade.

This is me.
My reputation precedes my name.
I have no time for nonsense.
But they try to have me framed.

This is me.
I have a spirit that is free.
But it's just that stoners often,
Attack the fruitful tree.

This is me.
Though it seems like i always attack.
But if you are my friend.
I've always got your back.

But this is me.
Don't judge me quick.
You'll see that I'll stick with you,
Through the thin and thick.

This is me.
It's time for you to start believing.
That I'm not who they say i am.
And that appearances are truly deceiving.
