My god lady, I love you! This is so wonderful. I can relate to this perfectly even though you are talking about a guy in your life. I've went through the same experiences and had those same feelings about a female friend of mine.

And I'm so scared of losing
So scared of you leaving me
So scared that if you leave
I wont be able to breathe

Those were the most amazing 4 lines to end a poem I've ever read. It just put closure to everything you talked about during the poem, very great job. 5/5 :)
