I feel

I feel as if i have woken
from a long and dreary sleep,
As years of total numbness
had finally reached its peak,

I feel as though my darkness
has been slowly overcome,
After so many years of searching
you were always the one,

I feel as though ive found myself
and finally i have meaning,
Like i have been born at last
and finally i am breathing,

I feel as though ive found my path
and no longer feel so wrong,
And the happiness ive been searching for
has been in front of me all along.
