A Silent Wish...

by Dreamofolwin   Sep 24, 2009

A silent wish, a silent tear...
A silent longing that you where here.
A silent throbbing within my heart,
A silent anguish coz we're apart.
A silent hope to see your face,
A silent desire for your embrace,
I love you now... I will forever,
Silently, I'ill wait till we're together.

    'where'
^Should be 'were' .. sorry OCD is kickin in LOL just kidding

Aww I didnt know if I should cry or smile with this poem. It had that feeling of sadness and happiness. The sadness builds up til the end until you say youll love them now and forever, thats really sweet. A great poem that I imagine many could relate to. Wishing to have that one person next to them til the end of time. The time and patience seems like forever, but in the end - it all ends up to be worth every tear that was shed. A great write, I love how short poems can say so much. This one did that.
