Controlled

There was a boy that I once knew, Kind and loving too
But one day he called me to say he wanted to break with me. No harm, I thought, just needs his space Just a break from a long relationship with me. But then I call when he came home, wondering why he didn't come. "Why" he wonders "would you want to see me?" My answer was as plain as can be, "I want to see you", was my reply yet it didn't quite answer his why. He then calls me, 30 minutes to spare that's when I realized he didn't care. So now I've moved on from this bizarre occurrence wondering if I could've made a difference. Strange that a heart so scarred can be so strong. I care for him still in a sense, but I now I know that love is never enough for a man that has always been handcuffed in what he does and what he thinks. You'd
think he was a robot for the way he tinks to every rhythm of his daddy's word. I tell you it's absolutely
absurd.

No woman a man who can't think for himself

This is quite good, some people just conform to what others say. 5/5, Em
