Leaving

by Someone   Oct 3, 2009

Screaming into eternal suffering without a voice to be heard.
Cold fingers curling around hands that have gone blurred.
The feeling of veracious hearts patronizing the mind,
Realizing all this time I have been blind.

Reach into myself pulling out dust,
Perhaps I was just a man bent on lust.
I turn my back to what would seem to be black sky,
All time time, my word to you was a lie.

I've promised never to leave you,
I've promised to hold our hand.
Promised to hold you and whisper about forevers bliss,
Letting you hold me back, giving me a beautiful kiss.

But now I stand before you as a humble as can be.
Hoping you'd realize that I'm no longer blind and can see.
Grabing my hand for it is no longer cold,
I will always love you, if I can be so bold.

I promised you I will be back and I will return to you,
I'll be back in your arms as a better man,
Some one new.

So no matter what happens,
no matter what comes next.

I will return.

Forever won't stop me,
Eternity won't dare.
In your arms I will go,
I will come through.
Because I told you.

I...
Love...
You...
