Dark

Dark night dark heart
Standing alone crying to the moon
Asking questions that can never be answered
Wanting to find the truth behind it all

Looking around eyes red body cold
Feeling like there is no hope
No hope of awakening from this
This dream this nightmare of a place

Calling out for help no one answers
Running for what seems like forever
Tired scared wanting to give up
But I push myself to keep going

I can not give into this dark place
Fighting off the worst of my fears
I see some one in the distance
This person is my worst fear off all

I run from them with every part of me
I slow to a walk and face my fear
I will run no longer from this person
We face the moon light hits else

I walk towards this person hearts racing
I stop............I know this person
Its me my reflection scared and alone
