Hit The Floor

by She Loves Me She Loves Me Not   Oct 10, 2009

He hits you again, you love him more
Every hate-filled punch, you hit the floor
You plead with tears down each cheek
He hits you again, a pure control freak

Yet you still see only the good side
Until his fist; your face collide
His fist stains your face more
Yet he's still the one you adore

Blood running down your face
Scars that you can never erase
Loving him, you will never know
How true love is supposed to go.
