Drunk Driver

It was new years
She had to go home
Boyfriend said
Do you need a ride home
She said no with beer on her breath

On the way home
The poison took over
She ran all the red lights
Then a car came out of no where
She wakes up to hind her boyfriend on the ground

She screams and fights
With all her might
Tries to save him with all her life
Now she wishes it was her
She should have said yes and pulled over

Now she cries softly
At his grave
To scared to say his name
Because she knows it will bring back t memories

She screams and fights
With all her might
Tries to save him with all her life
Now she wishes it was her
She should have said yes and pulled over

She picks a flower
And sets it on his grave
With a note that says his name
And that note says;

I loved you with all my life
I wanted to be your wife
I found the ring in your bed room
I will love you till the day i die
I loved you

She screams and fights
With all her might
Tries to save him with all her life
Now she wishes it was her
She should have said yes and pulled over
