In this imaginary sight
In this flawless world
I am by your side day-by-day
And everything we do seems right.

In this perfect creation
As an escape or fantasy
It gives me hope and drives me on
Hoping the future to not be as fake

Time slipping my grasp
And events gone untold
I live my endless life oblivious of all
Nothing disturbing my deep trance

A faultless illusion
Designed at my will
To help with the darker longer days
And so I can imagine that your mine

Loosing sight of reality
Nothing but your face
This place a blanket to cover my agony
Too scared to reveal everything beneath.

A seamless delusion
Things are what I want
The sun never settles until I ask
And it rains everytime you make me cry-

And everything, everythings a lie?
This Perfection in my eyes.

    I know what you are saying. ITs so difficult to keep up a long distance love. You get depressed many a times. You wish you could see them...do that..do this... But you are so helpless and can do nothing.. I go through this emotion many a times. But when i think of the day we will meet.. i forget all the pain and the smile comes back by itself!.

    We share the same feelings in this matter. Thanks for sharing this poem.
