Dear Daddy

Dear daddy,

you're always in my heart,
from the day I was born
you loved me from the start.

I may not always show you
the way I really feel
but one thing is for sure,
my love for you is real.

You're one man in my life
that will never let me down,
no matter what I do
you'll always be around.

When I was a little girl
you taught me right from wrong,
we've had our share of fights
but they never lasted long.

I only have one dad
and I'm proud to say it's you,
you're someone I can trust
and someone I look up to.

    Aww, this was good. i know that feeling of having an unfinished poem. maybe perhaps you should write some more about your dad. in stead of writing 1 big poem about him, write several medium sized. and they could all be about something different about him. ^_^
