Just A Puddle [Nothing More]

by BlueEyedMystery   Oct 18, 2009

Sparkles made of frost
Linger..
On once warm lips.

Melt me down.
I want to be your ocean.

Swim through me.
Let me liquefy your dreams.
Make the heavens
Scream.

Drip
.
.
Drip
.
.
Go the tears.
Never again.
Oh, never again.

I wanted to be your ocean,
But I'm just the puddle you stepped in.

This is quite a water-world of sadness you have penned here. It is just dripping with emotion. Nicely done!

Highly imaginative and poignant at the same time. The opening and closing lines are killers!
