Very nicly done, my fave poem by you by far, really caught my attention. love everything about it..the structure, the wording, i just love it. very hard hitting and relatative.IBE

I can really relate to this piece. I felt like you wrote from the heart, focusing more on emotion rather than form and I admire that. Some poets worry too much about rhyming and style and meanwhile they lose control of their emotions. I felt you did a great job with this. Your emotions are clearly expressed and are hard hitting. Be aware that I am not glorifying self abuse but your understanding that you may write what you feel. Many times my pursuit of pleasure leads to pain. I am being open minded as to how physical pain can distract from the emotional pain of feeling empty in some way
