God's Beauty

by Cherimari2   Oct 24, 2009

Flowers bloom and the bluebirds sing,
Earth's beauty calls to us all, on wings.

Yes, the earth, the sun and the perfect sky
All give homage to their Creator, nigh.

Yet we the vacuums of our dreams
Should feel Your touch inside all things.

The mighty breath of a God so true
Shows sweetly how to give Him due.

We are not worthy of all You touch.
We have not purity of words and such.

We have our hopes to live and strive
To give all within this, our space, alive.

Where is the depth of all this beauty
In mountain tops, for us all to see?

And when we fail, it's our place and duty
To not despair, but for grace to plea'd.

So let the world speak of all You are.
You shine out Your glory in every star.

You show forth creation in Your power,
In wind and land, in each little flower.

And in small, oh, or just in everything,
Oh loving God, may we praise and sing!

Beautiful... such an inspiring and motivating write... praising the beauty that we always overlook...

We are not worthy of all You touch.
We have not purity of words and such.

^^ it is indeed sad we are no longer worthy of the riches bestowed upon us... neither we respect or take care of the riches that nature has provided us with...

So let the world speak of all You are.
You shine out Your glory in every star.

^^ beautifully penned... loved these lines so much :)

And in small, oh, or just in everything,
Oh loving God, may we praise and sing!

^^ reminds me of my childhood... the singing and praying... I used to notice everything around me...

yours words motivate us to look inside ourselves and feel the vaccum that we have created in us....

    wonderful write... keep writing :)
