A Mother

A mother's touch
speaks thousand words of comfort
and in her smile a forgotten
courage comes alive

Her undying love
gives a child wings of strength
whilst in the bed of her tender eyes
hope confidently flowers

A mother's heart
knows not any hatred for her child
and her angelic presence slowly
brings a change in life

Mother, she is
a gentle affection to hold and to embrace
and words never get exhausted
praising her name
