Urges,
Stress,
Guilt,
is all I feel.

Don't make any promises to me,
Don't mess with my heart.

I cannot tell you how much pain I went through
when I needed those I trusted the most.
No one was there.

Never again will I trust someone.
They have showed me that promises are meant to be broken.
I cannot even trust myself, from those around me.
