Comparative Analysis Of Judgment And Truth
By Mark Spencer

Judgments are often made without
The benefit of facts.
They rarely ever look beneath
The surface of the acts.

While truth reflects the facts alone,
It sees into the soul.
No judgments are required here,
Truth is the only goal.

Yet if one feels that he's been judged
When the truth has its say,
There'll be no question of his guilt,
No escape on that day.

For truth is unimpeachable,
There's nothing to refute.
No detail escapes its notice,
No fact you can dispute.

The sins that we commit in life
Will always leave a scar.
If that truth makes you feel guilty...
Then you probably are.
