Love the way you can always find a poem in all that you do. Hope you had a wonderful time watching the fireworks with the kids. Well done.

Those who are still able to enjoy the fun things of childhood in their adult years are the blessed ones, Olwin...

I have one child, a boy, who is now almost 20 years old and we did so much fun stuff together, including setting off firework and to me it was being a child for the second time around..one should never let go of the inner child;)

    Lovely poem:)

    God bless,

    5/5 Ingrid

Aww this was so cute Olwin. (:
    'Exploding! cartwheeling, way up high...
Dazzling the blackness, sparkling the sky.'
^Ahh these lines were absolutely stunning. I loved cartwheeling, wow that was powerful, & extremely excellent.

    Well done!

Funny and beautiful and a joy to read.So often we do get wrapped up in the things that meant most for kids. Then again, isn't there always a kid in us waiting to emerge?
You,ve done a beautiful job with this piece my friend.
Thank you kindly for reading and commenting on my poem of faith. It gives my heart a joy to know that there are still people who believe in our heavenly father.Keep walking in the fith.

What a wonderful poem, awesome. You caught all the expressions so gracefully turned them to words. Its so good that you didnt let the reality of life fade childishness inside.
    Loved it!!

all the best and take care
