Breaking my own heart

by Emily   Nov 3, 2009

And I hope you're happy
Because right now I feel crappy
I don't know if that was your goal
Because I think that you have no soul.

These wrists torn apart
trying to pick up the pieces of my broken heart
As the things you have said
Run through my clouded head.

I wish to hold you
And kiss you
But this time maybe with truth.
With a truth that says
You know I'm hurting.

Hurting is all I ever do
Thinking of you
What was perfect under the sun
Has now come undone.

Those brown eyes are meant
To traumatize
As i sit here and start to cry
Oh how I want to die.

If I could change the past
I think you and me would last.
I can't write anymore
And sit here and think of my regrets.

I need you now
Don't forget!

I'm sorry for all that
I have done
I'm sorry for hurting
You in the past
If I weren't such a
Bi*** we would last.

I LOVE YOU.

I can relate to what you are or were going through.
love can be a pain :( sad to say.
but we cant live without, and we cant live with it.
    ya know.

Awesome flow. perfect actually. this piece
just keeps flowing from one word to the next
rhyming is really good too . I wish I could
keep a poem singing like you do 5/5
as far as the content we all live with regrets
the secret is to learn from our mistakes
and try to not do it again. One of my quotes
applies here < only a fool breaks its own
    heart>
