Sins

by TheRaven   Nov 4, 2009

She's sitting in her shower
Looking at her arms
She's ashamed of what she's done
Her best friend is her harm
The diluted blood is dripping
It's falling down the drain
She covers her face with her hands
She's starting to go insane
She's reaching for the towel
Drying off her hair
Taking a deep breath, she starts to cough
There's darkness in the air
No one's around to see her fate
And everyone's asleep
Still she fears that they'll awake
Sitting on her bed she cries
She knows she needs a rest
But the concur her greatest pain
Has become her greatest test
As the light goes off she swallows
And fills herself with grim
She's scared to look beside herself
Her demons are within
Haunting her every moment
Following so very near
But this is what you get
When your Sins are now your fear
