They teach you to be truthful.
they teach you that honesty is the best policy.
i guess they forgot to teach us to hide the truth
when it's too hard to say.
or that you have to say a little white lie to keep from hurting people that don't deserve to be heart broken.
they don't teach us to save others from a pain that can kill you from the inside.
and they never bothered to teach us that the truth shouldn't be said when its too hard to hear.
everything they never thought to teach us now comes to kill us. and we learn from our mistakes what was never taught nor said.
