Uprising

by Beautiful Chaos   Nov 11, 2009

Fluid distaste travels through my veins
Creatures are born inside of me
Calling to me, screaming for me
Begging me to take you

For your blood to flow
Like a sensual river over my hands
Caressing the fury that eats my soul
Feeding my trembling heart

My ears are pounding
Deafened by the drum that beats in my head
Sparking a murderous rhythm
Enchanting a deathly dance

Your fingers reach for me
Unaware of what awaits you
Dreaming, tasting, only ecstasy
You wrap yourself in my web

Quickly you find my lips
Such hunger
I pray for just one moment
To watch it drain from your eyes

To see fear wash over your magnificence
And fill your heart with panic
Flooding your voice
With unheard whispers of begging

Something you told me once
Was only for the weak
That label you nailed to my soul
But today I rip free

    Ah, another dark poem writer.

To see fear wash over your magnificence
And fill your heart with panic
    Flooding your voice
    With unheard whispers of begging

this was my favorite stanza. i know a few people i'd like to see eat their words too.

this talks about a lot, i think i could read from a few angles and stiff find something new from it. nice job, and thanks for the comment
