Dripping Petals

by Mimed Lovette   Nov 13, 2009

I can't seem to control a part of me,
that's aching to run back into your arms.

As i watch my fingers do the work,
scribbling words I never meant to say.

They dance around the fading blank page,
but I never seem to feel the same.

Twirling around, only darkness surrounds,
the dark rose on my desk drips petals.
