Silenced By My Past

I don't know what t do,
When i can't explain to you.
That the words just won't come out
Even though inside they shout.

It's like I've lost my voice
But not through my own choice.
I wish you could read my mind
And then my thoughts you'd find.

My heart starts beating fast
I am silenced by my past
No one knows how hard it can be
No one will ever understand me.

    This si so sad and reminds me of how I use to think about things. It brings a tear to my eye.

    My heart starts beating fast
    I am silenced by my past
    No one knows how hard it can be
    No one will ever understand me.

    You would be surprised at how many people do understand. Holding everything in causes the pain to be worse. By writing about it and talking about it. Helps to release the pain. Don't ever feel you are alone.
